Eligibility

 

  1. Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
  2. For return the product, you have to generate the
    return request. “The Loom Story” care team must receive and approve your
    return request. Once your request is received and approved, you have to
    repack the product in the original packaging and courier it on yourself
    on the same address printed on the invoice. Your courier charges will
    be credited as points and will be added your next order.
  3. We will only accept articles that are returned in
    their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all
    tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it
    back to the customer.
  4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise
    arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with
    the Bar Code. You must email us about any damaged items in your
    shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  5. We aim to process all returns within one (1)
    week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach

  6. All returns are subject to the discretion of “The Loom Story”.

Refund Policy

 

  1. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be
    happy to process your refund. However, if you’d like to receive the
    amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order,
    we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone
    through the necessary quality checks.
    The product should be good in condition and also
    should be untagged, unwashed and unused. If we found the product is
    used or untagged or washed we are not responsible for refund the amount.
    If your order is cancelled after your credit
    card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your
    Card Account.
  2. For all accepted returns, we will refund your
    money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits or exchange for
    another available size or product, as you prefer.
    Only eligible for the article purchased, not any
    packaging or gift or free items included by us.
  3. Please inform our customer care department
    immediately through mail or telephonic service if any articles are
    delivered without tags. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging
    is not properly sealed or is damaged.

 

Cancellation policy

 

  1. We are not able to cancel orders once they are
    collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be cancelled
    only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted
    cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer
    store credits or exchange for another available size or product, as you
    prefer.
  2. A request for cancellation of order shall be
    valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty four) hours
    of making the order on the Site
